Zircon Industries offers a specialized range of dust control solutions for iron ore mining operations, including road stabilizers, surfactant water additives, biodegradable suppressants, and static pile sealants. These products help reduce airborne dust, support haul-road stability, lower routine watering and maintenance demands, and manage dust across iron ore haul roads, static pile areas, and water-based suppression programs.

Latex 100 Static Dust Control Sealant is the best fit for static iron ore pile surfaces in this lineup. It forms a clear crust that helps prevent dust from escaping and protects against wind and water erosion. Dilution ratios can be adjusted for short- or long-term dust control, including long-term storage applications. Latex 100 should not be used on active mineral or ash piles, haul roads, or roads with significant traffic.
