It integrates directly with a customer's existing PLC and supports up to 3 delivery points with illuminated selector switches, enabling reliable automated deicer delivery without on-site personnel.

They are also used in food processing and cold storage facilities requiring consistent belt deicing, as well as water truck operations on large job sites requiring automated dust suppressant injection.

Power options vary by system. The BZM-120AC operates on 120VAC at 2.0A. The Automated Deicer runs on 120VAC at 15A. The ZHP Truck-Mounted Transfer System supports the widest range: compressed air, 12 VDC, 120 VAC, or 480 VAC — making it adaptable to virtually any truck or site power configuration.

The ZHP system is highly cost-efficient — only 1 gallon of ZHP Water Wetter is needed per 2,000 gallons of water. The automated injection eliminates manual ladder-climbing and pump labor, reducing operational costs significantly. Custom mounting brackets ensure a permanent, no-waste installation sized to your specific truck capacity.

At the end of each season, the BZM-120AC should be flushed by running clean water through the system for at least 5 minutes before storage. This clears residual chemicals from the pump and hose assembly. The unit weighs approximately 20 lbs and features a fiberglass enclosure built for durability in field conditions.
